Holiday apartments at the beach

We have 2 apartments at Sandvig Beach apartment A and apartment B  :

Strandstræde 8 Apartment A for 4 +1 persons
Rebuilt and renovated with panoramic views towards the Baltic Sea, unique view from the terrace and from several rooms.
This apartment is built together with apartment B.

Built in 1886 renovated the 2006th 2-storied in all 112m².
Big renovated / new built holiday cottage situated directly to the beach promenade with wonderful views to Hammerknuden, Sandvig Strand and especially the Baltic Sea. The roof terrace and several rooms have a view towards the water.
Large house with many possibilities directly to water, close to Sandvig city with its many charming restaurants, shops and small cosy streets.
The location and quality of the apartment makes it extremely suitable for holidays throughout the year.

Lounge with TV antenna and satelite, stereo radio with CD player.
Kitchen with dining space, glass ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher.
Bathroom with toilet and shower.
2 bedrooms + bed on 1st floor
One of them with double bed and double doors with unique view to the sea
The other with double bed
1 extra bed box mattress on small landing/bedroom with its own little staircase.
Large roof terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Central heating
Access to common washing machine in the basement apartment which is shared with B

Final cleaning is done by the tenant, or can be ordered when booking or at the latest upon arrival.

Vacation Strandstræde 8, Apartment B to 6 People
Built in 1965 renovated in 2006, 80m2

Situated directly to the beach and Sandvig "Strandpromenaden" with a magnificent view over the Baltic Sea and the "Hammer" rocky hills.
Well and comfortably furnished with a corresponding small garden. There may be noise from customers in apartment A living upstairs.

Lounge with TV, antenna, and satellite, stereo radio with CD player.
Kitchen combined with living room:
Glass ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer and dishwasher
Bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet
3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed
Central heating
Garden furniture, barbecue
Access to common washing machine is shared with the apartment A.

Fixed payment for energy consumption.
Final cleaning not included, can be ordered by booking or at the latest on arrival.
Changeover day Saturday.
